Yummy Papad ki Sabzi

Don't be surprised! You are in for a treat if you just follow the recipe give below. Presenting the Papad ki Sabzi that will make your mouth water. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Oil-4 spoons
Mustard seed-1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
Toriander powder-one n half table spoon
Red chilly powder-one pinch
Lijjat papad (any papad)- 3 papad

Preparation
~~~~~~~~~~~

Heat oil in pan and put cumin and mustard seed in hot oil.
Make a paste of turmeric, coriander, red chilly powder in little water.
Put that paste in oil and fry it till it becomes dark brown color.
Add one cup water. Boil it for 5 mins, then add small pieces of papad and boil for 3 mins.
You can use either uncooked papad or roasted papad.
Garnish it with green coriander.

** if you want a more tantalising taste, put butter milk instead of water to make a gravy.

Serve with tomato rice. It tastes delicious!!!
