Surya Namaskar!







I love doing Surya Namaskar! If you ever wanted to know my No. 1 beauty secret ... here I spill the beans!!

It is a set of 12 Yoga Asanas which rejuvenate the mind and body, drive out toxins, energize you and uplift your spirits! Steps 1 to 9 from top down, left to right. Steps 10 - 12 are the same as first three in reverse order. So you land up exactly where you start, having given your body a complete makeover!
